His background in psychology shapes Brava’s practical, behavioural-science-based approach.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Positive Psychology. He is also the author of Game On, which outlines the approach Brava uses to help clients increase revenue across their frontline teams.
Mal Winnie, Associate Consultant
Mal supports the delivery of Brava client projects, helping senior leaders increase revenue and improve performance across their frontline teams.
He brings more than 20 years’ experience working with leaders and managers to improve team performance.
His practical, behaviour-focused approach helps clients put the right routines and accountability in place, so top-performer behaviours become the team standard.
Vanessa Varela Escobar, Associate Consultant
Vanessa supports the delivery of client projects, helping clients put the right routines in place so top-performer behaviours become the team standard.
She brings more than 18 years’ experience in consumer sales and service environments, including first-line leadership experience applying Brava’s approach in practice.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Linguistics, Language Teaching and Learning.
Matt Stevenson, Head of Growth
Matt leads Brava’s marketing and business development.
His focus is helping senior leaders explore whether Brava’s approach is the right fit for the KPIs they want to improve across their frontline teams.
Having been with Brava for more than a decade, Matt has a deep understanding of the situations Brava is best suited to help with.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Auckland.
